Get started

• Search for a valid GENCODE (version 37) gene ID (ENSG), transcript ID (ENST) or a gene symbol.
• Select datasets. For some datasets (with a suffix _by*), the sub types are shown by clicking on the name. For more information about the datasets, check the ‘Data sources’ page.
• Click on submit button, you will be redirected to the output page.
