Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) regulate cellular processes using diverse mechanisms. They are composed of sequence/structure elements which enable the lncRNA to interact with other biomolecules including DNA, RNA and protein. ElementaLdb is a webserver that contains a curated set of elements/annotations previously implicated in lncRNA function, such as conserved RNA secondary structures (CRS) and RNA binding protein sites (RBP).
Get started - Search for a valid GENCODE gene ID (ENSG), transcript ID (ENST) or a gene symbol. - Select datasets. For subdivided datasets (with a suffix _by*), the sub types are shown by clicking on the name. For more information about the datasets, check the ‘Data sources’ page. - Click on submit button, you will be redirected to the output page. - Check the ‘Help’ page for more information on other options and the output formats.
